The Return of the Taliban

Abstract
Experts from counterterrorism participated in a seminar session, to discuss the changes that have taken place in the Taliban movement since its emergence and the potential resurgence of the global jihadist, al-Qaeda and ISK, and its impact on the world, particularly the MENA region.
The event was organized by the Masarat Foundation for Research and Development, a nonprofit civil society institution in Jordan, and was held at its headquarters in Amman, Jordan.
